Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Slotz you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be 18+ and have authority to bind your business to these terms.

2. The service

Slotz provides booking management software for service businesses. We provide the platform — you run your business on it.

We are not responsible for:

• The quality of services you provide to clients
• Disputes between you and your clients
• No-shows or cancellations

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Don't share your login with people outside your team — use the Team feature
• One account per business (unless you contact us for multi-account arrangements)

4. Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• We don't store your payment card details
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact [email protected] within 30 days
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Your data and content

• You own your data and your clients' data
• You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service
• You're responsible for having the right to store your clients' contact information
• Don't upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Slotz to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Conduct illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Scrape or copy the platform
• Impersonate other businesses

7. Service availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it
• We may do maintenance with advance notice
• We're not liable for losses caused by downtime

8. Termination

• You can cancel your account any time
• We can suspend accounts that violate these terms
• On termination you can export your data within 30 days

9. Limitation of liability

Slotz is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Mumbai courts.
